Refund policy

At MANASAI, all our products are handmade and therefore slight variations between products in regard to the exact size, texture, colour, etc can occur. We do not consider these small inconsistencies to be errors but rather the beauty and charm of small-batch handmade goods. We assume that by choosing to purchase our products, you too understand this reality and appreciate the unique characteristics of items made by hand. As most of our products are handcrafted in limited batches, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

However, if there is a problem with your purchase, please let us know within 48 hours of its delivery, and we will be more than happy to rectify the issue and provide you with a refund or replacement.
